Sky High Marina Holding Office

Project Brief
The Sky High Marina Holding Office aims to create a sophisticated, highly functional, and inspiring corporate environment that reflects the company's maritime focus and professional stature in Morocco. The vision is to design a modern workspace that promotes productivity, fosters collaboration, and offers a welcoming yet distinguished atmosphere for both employees and clients, subtly incorporating local design sensibilities.
Solution
The interior design concept for Sky High Marina Holding focuses on modern professionalism, brand resonance, comfort, and subtle cultural context by combining clean lines, airy spaces, and high-quality finishes with light wood tones, blues inspired by the “Sky High” and maritime theme, and refined Moroccan textural influences. The reception area sets a sophisticated tone with a wood-slat feature wall, illuminated brand logo, minimalist desk, and textured glass partition, while the open-plan workstation zone supports collaboration through long wooden desks, ergonomic seating, integrated shelving with blue accents, a creative pinboard wall, and ample natural and feature lighting. Meeting rooms and private offices maintain privacy and elegance using black-framed glass partitions, blue ceiling or wall accents, warm wooden floors, contemporary lighting, and acoustic elements. Across the office, the materials and color palette highlight light woods, whites, greys, deep blues, black metals, and textured glass, supported by efficient layered lighting—linear suspensions, recessed spotlights, and ambient glows—to create a bright, functional, and inspiring work environment. Overall, the design aims to blend brand identity, comfort, collaboration, and sophistication into a cohesive corporate space that reflects the company’s maritime spirit and modern Moroccan context.
